Charissa is a sportscaster from America. She was born on May 5, 1982. ESPN analyst was commissioned as a co-host for SportsNation in the year 2012. She was also co-hosting ABC's Splash together with Joey Lawrence. Thompson, who was raised and born in Seattle Washington, hosted Splash on ABC. She was the youngest of trio of siblings, she was aware that she wanted to be a broadcaster and was looking for from an early age. She attended Inglemoor High School, Kenmore Washington. Thompson moved to California to attend community college and gain California residency. She later transferred to the University of California, Santa Barbara which she attended and graduated with a B.A. She earned her degree with a degree in Law and Society with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2004. Thompson clarifies that she didn't have a degree from Washington State University (WSU) in 2004, as Sports Illustrated claimed. Prior to her sports broadcasting career, Thompson was approached by Sports Illustrated offering her to appear in body paint in an Swimsuit issue.
